Welcome to PostCrab. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, paying for credits, or otherwise using PostCrab ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password, API keys, and connected platform credentials. PostCrab cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Permitted Use & Content Restrictions

PostCrab is a distribution engine. You are solely responsible for the content you transmit through our Service. You agree not to use PostCrab to:

  • Distribute spam, malware, or unlawful materials.
  • Violate the Terms of Service of the platforms you connect to (e.g., Telegram, X, Discord). PostCrab is not responsible if your third-party accounts are suspended for automation abuse.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Overload our infrastructure via automated scripting outside of provided APIs.

4. Billing and Cryptocurrency Payments

PostCrab operates on a subscription and pay-as-you-go credit system. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions (USDC/USDT), all payments are final and non-reversible. You are responsible for ensuring deposits are sent on the correct blockchain network. Funds sent to incorrect networks cannot be recovered.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We rely on third-party APIs (X, Telegram, Bluesky) which may occasionally fail or change their rate limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery to third-party platforms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, particularly for violations of these Terms (e.g., spamming or abuse). In the event of termination for cause, unused wallet balances are forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PostCrab, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
