Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

At PostCrab, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the information necessary to provide our Service:

  • Account Data: Email address, name, and profile information provided via Google SSO or standard signup.
  • Platform Credentials: API keys, bot tokens, or OAuth tokens for the platforms you connect (Telegram, Discord, X, etc.). These are heavily encrypted at rest.
  • Usage Data: Server logs, post history, bulk upload files, and interaction metadata necessary for debugging and rendering your dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to operate, maintain, and improve the PostCrab platform. We use it to:

  • Distribute your content to the social platforms you have explicitly authorized.
  • Process cryptocurrency payments and manage wallet balances.
  • Communicate important account alerts or platform updates.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Security & Encryption

Security is a core feature of PostCrab. All sensitive platform credentials (OAuth tokens, API keys) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 before being stored in our database. Network traffic is secured via TLS/SSL. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is entirely impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

You have full control over your data. Under the GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the Security Settings page. This action wipes your user record, post history, and connected platforms from our active databases.
  • Correction: Update inaccurate information via your Profile settings.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with third-party platforms only when you explicitly connect them (e.g., sending a post to X). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external platforms; please review their respective privacy policies.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use invasive third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

7. Contact Us
