Thank you for choosing PostCrab. This policy outlines our stance on refunds, billing, and cryptocurrency transactions. Due to the digital nature of our service and our reliance on blockchain payments, our refund policy is strictly enforced.
PostCrab operates entirely on cryptocurrency (USDC/USDT). Because blockchain transactions are immutable and cannot be reversed by a central authority, all wallet deposits and subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are sending the correct cryptocurrency to the correct network address provided during checkout. PostCrab cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses or incompatible networks, and no credits will be issued in such events.
Funds deposited into your PostCrab Wallet are converted into internal credits. These credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, unused wallet balances cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or refunded back to your external crypto wallet.
If a post fails to publish due to an internal PostCrab error, the system will automatically refund the cost of that post back to your PostCrab wallet.
We do not issue wallet refunds for failures caused by:
If you experience a severe, prolonged system outage that prevents you from using the service you paid for, we may, at our sole discretion, issue internal wallet credits as compensation. We do not issue refunds to external wallets under any circumstances.
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as spamming or abuse), any remaining wallet balance will be immediately forfeited without refund.
If you have a billing inquiry or believe there was a calculation error with your wallet deduction, please open a ticket via the Support Center.
