How PostCrab’s Wallet-Based Pricing Works

Wallet-based pricing means you fund an account balance once, and every action draws a small, fixed amount from it. No rigid tier you might outgrow, and no feature you’re paying for but barely touching. Here’s exactly how it works.

Fund Your Wallet

You add funds to your PostCrab wallet using supported cryptocurrency. Each deposit generates a unique payment address through Cryptomus, PostCrab’s payment processor, and your balance updates automatically once the payment confirms.

Pay Per Action, Not Per Tier

Once your wallet has a balance, publishing costs a small, fixed amount depending on what you’re doing. A social media post costs less than a WordPress post, since a blog post carries more content and SEO data with it. Either way, the cost is the same every time, so you always know what something costs before you do it.

Plans Add Structure, Not Usage Limits on Their Own

PostCrab also offers subscription plans, but they work differently than you might expect. Instead of bundling in a pile of usage credits, plans control structural things: how many workspaces you can run, how many accounts you can connect, and what kind of support you get. Usage itself still comes out of your wallet balance regardless of which plan you’re on.

What Happens If Your Balance Runs Low

If your wallet balance can’t cover an action, PostCrab holds it rather than failing silently. Scheduled posts pause, you get notified, and everything resumes automatically the moment you add funds. Nothing gets lost in the meantime.

Why We Built It This Way

Most tools in this space lock features behind fixed monthly tiers, whether you use them fully or barely touch them. Wallet-based pricing ties cost directly to actual usage instead. If you publish a lot one month and less the next, your spending reflects that automatically. For the full plan breakdown alongside this, see the pricing page.
